As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our data strategies. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, a strong understanding of database systems, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and create reports that drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new BI tools and technologies.
• Engage in data profiling and data mining to support business objectives.
• Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.
• Facilitate workshops to understand data needs of different teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree in Data Analysis is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI roles
