Job Description

As a Butadiene Convertor Operator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling the Butadiene Convertor process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient production of butadiene, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run the Butadiene Convertor, ensuring all parameters are within specified limits.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment functionality and safety systems.
• Engage with team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
• Collect detailed data on production processes and suggest improvements.
• Keep accurate records of production and process data.
• Assist in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in regular safety audits.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel during repairs or upgrades.
• Support quality assurance activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field preferred
• Additional training in safety procedures and regulations

Experience

• Experience in Butadiene Convertor operations is preferred
