Job Description

The Multiskill Operator will be responsible for performing multiple tasks across various areas of the organization. The role requires the ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate equipment prior to production runs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as required.
• Collect and analyze production data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate with supervisors about production goals and targets.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment problems and address them efficiently.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to a safe workplace environment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Technical diploma in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• Relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of process automation: Familiarity with automated production systems and tools.
