Job Description

As a Project Manager, you'll lead exciting projects in our Cape Town office. Your role will involve defining project scopes, developing plans, and collaborating with both internal teams and clients to achieve optimal results. You will ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout all stages of project execution.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and schedules to meet client expectations.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries from clients.
• Lead project meetings and ensure comprehensive documentation of discussions.
• Develop risk management strategies to proactively address potential project challenges.
• Ensure quality assurance and control related to deliverables.
• Maintain updated project documentation and action items.
• Identify and address resource constraints, ensuring project timelines are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• Master's degree or higher is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a project management role with a strong track record of successful project completions

Technical Skills

• MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Stakeholder Engagement

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Agile Project Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
