Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator in Cape Town, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational functions of our healthcare facility. Your expertise will help in managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing patient satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise daily operations in the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee scheduling and administrative tasks for healthcare staff.
  • Manage incoming patient inquiries and feedback.
  • Coordinate departmental activities to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct performance reviews for administrative staff.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members.
  • Prepare reports on facility performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
