Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Special Education Program Manager to oversee our educational programs in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of special education needs and the ability to develop and implement effective educational strategies to support our students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of student assessments and evaluations.
• Implement best practices in special education program management.
• Coordinate with external agencies for additional student support.
• Compile reports on program effectiveness and recommendations for improvement.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on trends in special education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Special Education is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in special education or program management
