We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide in Johannesburg to provide in-home care to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, ensuring our clients receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to clients in their home.
• Help clients with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Record clients' progress and any health changes.
• Encourage and assist clients with rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintain regular communication with the healthcare team.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Ensure clients receive proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide supervision and support during outings.

Advantageous

• Experience with Physical Rehabilitation: Knowledge in assisting clients with physical rehabilitation exercises.
• Transport Assistance Skills: Ability to assist clients with transportation to appointments and outings.
