IT Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist with daily technical support operations, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT services. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues and will work diligently to address user needs and enhance their IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support and issue resolution for users across the organization.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and support.
• Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting processes.
• Ensure network security protocols are followed and maintained.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide solutions to critical issues.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in help desk or technical support

Technical Skills

• Remote Desktop Tools
• Software Installation

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in a help desk role: Previous experience providing support in a help desk environment.
