Job Description

The Transmitter Engineer-in-Charge will be pivotal in managing and maintaining our broadcasting transmission infrastructure. This role requires strong technical knowledge in transmitter equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Successful candidates will ensure optimal transmission quality and reliability for our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of transmission systems to ensure compliance.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex transmission issues.
  • Assist in the deployment of new broadcasting technologies.
  • Maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and service providers.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and repairs.
  • Implement quality control measures to enhance transmission reliability.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Telecommunications or related field
  • Certifications in broadcasting or transmitter engineering are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in broadcasting transmission.
