Job Description

We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at our Cape Town hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction and managing hotel resources effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff scheduling and allocate resources effectively.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strategise to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain the hotel's standards.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance service quality.
  • Build a positive work environment that fosters team spirit.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Create and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Review and manage inventory levels for supplies and amenities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to drive promotions and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional training in hospitality management is desirable

  • 5 years of management experience in a hospitality setting
