Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare budget reports and assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Utilize financial software to input and analyze financial data.
• Collaborate with management to establish financial benchmarks.
• Provide analytical support to Business Unit leaders.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and financial analyses to support key business initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Financial Modeling

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• CIMA certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Understanding of South African financial regulations: Familiarity with compliance requirements in the South African finance sector.
