You will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, collaborating with clients, and ensuring project completion within deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with government agencies to obtain necessary permits.
• Research building regulations and codes to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with interior designers to integrate spatial concepts.
• Assist clients in understanding design features and processes.
• Promote the use of eco-friendly materials and technologies.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Engage in professional development and attend industry events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience

• English: Fluent
