Job Description

We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our busy IT support team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing top-notch support to internal users, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries regarding IT issues and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Document repair processes and maintain inventory of IT supplies.
  • Assist in training staff on new applications and technology.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all internal users.
  • Participate in IT projects and offer technical input as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
