Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Healthcare Administrator who is passionate about improving patient care and streamlining healthcare operations. In this role, you will manage administrative functions, support healthcare staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Implement administrative procedures to enhance patient care.
  • Manage patient inquiries and facilitate problem resolution.
  • Coordinate external services and partnerships as needed.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of administrative staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Review and update policies to reflect changes in legislation.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and analyze results to improve services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
