Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager in Cape Town to lead and oversee a variety of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools.
• Serve as a mentor and coach for junior team members.
• Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction through effective project delivery.
• Report on project progress and escalations to management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
