We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations for business strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and reports.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support strategic planning with financial insights.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Develop financial models to assess business performance.
• Liaise with external auditors during financial audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in financial services
