Job Description

The Corporate Claims Examiner is responsible for managing and reviewing insurance claims for corporate clients. They ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently, and that clients receive high-quality service throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of claims and gather relevant evidence.
  • Maintain and update client files and databases accurately.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the findings of claims investigations.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients and insurance representatives to settle claims effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all claims processing.
  • Monitor and analyze claim trends to recommend improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for junior staff regarding claims management best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Master's degree in Insurance Management preferred
Experience
  • Experience in property and casualty insurance preferred
