Responsibilities

• Participate in the project design process and contribute to design discussions.
• Oversee the preparation of technical drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Interact with clients to gather and incorporate their requirements into designs.
• Support the project manager in documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Integrate sustainable practices into project designs where applicable.
• Review and coordinate with consultants to ensure design cohesiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Architectural Technology
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the architectural industry

• SketchUp
• BIM software

• Teamwork

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
