Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through production.

• Create mood boards to convey design concepts.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand's image and ethos.
• Organize and participate in photoshoots for new collections.
• Train and mentor junior designers within the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Analyze sales reports to inform future design decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the fashion industry

Technical Skills

• Pattern Making
• CAD Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
