Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator in Port Elizabeth, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate patient care, and support our medical staff in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the workflow of the healthcare facility to maximize patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely communication between departments and with patients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clinical staff on administrative procedures.
  • Participate in strategic planning for future healthcare initiatives.
  • Handle patient complaints and develop action plans for resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with healthcare focus
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare settings
