Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent medical care to pediatric patients in our fast-paced emergency department, ensuring timely diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the testing team and assist in hiring and training new testers.
• Coordinate with other departments for identifying testing requirements.
• Review test plans and ensure they align with project goals.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss testing progress and challenges.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing results and project deadlines.
• Manage relationships with external testing partners if applicable.
• Benchmark testing processes against industry standards.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning within the team.
• Implement automated testing frameworks where applicable.
• Report directly to CTO with updates and strategic input.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• Proven track record in managing and delivering complex software projects.

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages
