Responsibilities

• Prepare and administrate medications according to prescribed protocols
• Document patient care actions and code vital signs accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
• Provide crisis intervention, if necessary
• Assist in training and orientation of new nursing staff and students
• Engage in continuous education to update nursing knowledge
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and unexpected patient situations
• Connect patients with additional health resources as required
• Serve as a patient advocate during their care journey.
