UX Researcher

Job Description

As a UX Researcher with Innovative Solutions Ltd., you will gather insights through user testing and research initiatives. Your expertise will guide our design teams to create effective and user-friendly digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate competitor products and industry standards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Engage with users to understand their needs and frustrations with existing products.
• Document user journeys to highlight pain points and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align user feedback with product goals.
• Support the design team by providing input on visual design elements based on user research.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or Psychology
• Relevant UX certification is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of UX research experience

Certifications

• UX Certified by NNGroup

Languages

• English: Fluent
