Responsibilities

  • Resolve IT issues for clients, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support hardware and software installations and upgrades.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on IT equipment.
  • Develop training materials for end-user education.
  • Participate in IT projects aimed at improving systems and processes.
  • Help maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Assist with cybersecurity measures and protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
