Responsibilities

• Advocate for patient rights and educate them on their conditions.
• Monitor healthcare environments and ensure they are compliant with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.
• Assist with the training and supervision of junior nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to strategic healthcare discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Advanced certification in Critical Care Nursing is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a specific nursing specialty
