UX Designer

Job Description

We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of user-centric design principles. You'll play a vital role in shaping the user experience for various digital platforms and products. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create seamless and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather user feedback and refine user personas.
• Create interactive prototypes to test design concepts.
• Document design processes and maintain a design system for consistency across products.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Related Field
• Master's degree or additional certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design projects

Technical Skills

• Interaction Design

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
