Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented IT Support Technician in Bloemfontein who will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our clients. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and have a passion for technology, ensuring efficient operations within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical support and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees and clients.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on IT systems.
• Provide training and support materials for users.
• Monitor system performance and report issues.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and new technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT support.
• Participate in staff training sessions related to new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
