This role involves working closely with clients to develop designs that meet their needs while ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense and a technical background in architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative and functional spaces that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with municipal councils to ensure compliance with zoning laws.
• Prepare detailed specifications and documentation for projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges.
• Prepare budgets and estimates for architectural projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Additional certifications in green building or urban design are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of architectural experience, preferably in a similar role

• AutoCAD
