Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in East London. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for our clients. You will play a vital role in enhancing our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Keep inventory of IT equipment and manage asset tracking.
  • Participate in establishing IT protocols and workflows.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies relevant to the role.
  • Assist with network monitoring and maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver training to users on new software updates and tools.
  • Contribute to creating documentation and technical guides.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in IT or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
