Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring each project aligns with strategic goals.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Prepare and present project proposals to upper management.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project success.
• Schedule and lead project meetings, documenting outcomes and follow-ups.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar
• Advanced Project Management Certification is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience leading diverse projects

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification

Languages
