Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Align project objectives with strategic goals of the organization.
• Establish and maintain project timelines using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate resources and ensure project documentation is in place.
• Hold regular meetings with project teams to track progress.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure their involvement and satisfaction.
• Leverage appropriate project management methodologies to enhance productivity.
• Guide and mentor project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Budget Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
