Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator in Pretoria who will coordinate and oversee IT projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards, collaborating with various teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
  • Track project performance against established KPIs.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation of project tasks.
  • Perform quality control checks on project deliverables.
  • Coordinate training and support for project team members.
  • Enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects
