Recruit Instructor

Job Description

The Recruit Instructor will be responsible for training and mentoring new recruits in the military. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the military and the ability to provide leadership, motivation, and support to new recruits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate initial military training sessions for recruits and ensure effective learning.
• Create comprehensive training lesson plans based on established criteria.
• Motivate recruits to achieve their best during their training period.
• Monitor and document individual progress in training milestones.
• Lead simulation drills to prepare recruits for real-life scenarios.
• Maintain up-to-date training documentation and resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance training delivery.
• Participate in continuous development of training methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Completed military basic training
• Instructor course

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the military, with experience in training or mentoring new recruits.
