Looking for a creative Interior Designer in Cape Town! In this role, you'll manage design projects and ensure client satisfaction through excellent service. Your ability to blend aesthetics with functionality will play a vital role in creating beautiful spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of both residential and commercial projects.
• Engage clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Prepare 3D visualizations and mood boards for presentations.
• Research and source materials and furnishings for projects.
• Ensure design solutions are practical, sustainable, and stylish.
• Work collaboratively with other team members including architects and contractors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
• Oversee the installation of designs and coordinate site logistics.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional interior design experience

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification
• Certification in Sustainable Design

Languages

• English: Fluent
