Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Electrical Engineer who will lead projects from concept to completion. You will ensure that all electrical designs comply with safety norms and industry regulations, while also advocating for advanced technology integration across all processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for various projects.
• Ensure that all electrical systems adhere to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines.
• Perform root cause analyses on system failures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects.
• Evaluate and recommend new electrical components and materials.
• Conduct risk assessments to determine project specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables.
• Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within electrical engineering
