Responsibilities

• Administer nursing assessments and prepare care plans.

• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff as needed.
• Conduct health education programs for patients and their families.
• Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team objectives.
• Manage medical supplies and maintain inventory.
• Ensure a supportive environment for patients undergoing treatment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Additional certifications in specialised nursing fields are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience

• Clinical assessment

Certifications

• Infection Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
