Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth team. The successful candidate will protect our organization's computer systems and networks. You will be responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular system and software updates.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies in case of breaches.
• Participate in security training and exercises.
• Assist in the development of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Evaluate new security technologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Master's degree is a plus

• 5+ years in cybersecurity roles with experience in a team environment
