The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining stationary or mobile machines in a manufacturing setting. You should be detail-oriented and safety-conscious as you contribute to our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and oversee production machinery.
• Conduct regular checks on machinery to ensure proper functionality.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Assist in training new employees on machinery operation.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices.
• Perform maintenance tasks as needed to uphold performance.
• Engage in problem-solving activities to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking of production materials.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing or similar environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
