Job Description

As a Special Forces Officer, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of personnel and equipment recovery missions in high-risk environments. Your expertise in combat rescue tactics and experience in military operations will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and success of missions.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel recovery missions in high-risk environments.
• Assess risk factors and create comprehensive recovery plans.
• Collaborate with allied agencies to ensure operational success.
• Direct recovery operations and manage personnel on site.
• Deliver training sessions to enhance team preparedness.
• Supervise equipment management and operational readiness.
• Document mission outcomes and identify areas for enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Military Studies, Crisis Management or related field
• Additional training in combat rescue is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in military operations with at least 3 years in a combat rescue role
