Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer to oversee and manage various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, be adept at problem-solving, and excel at communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules in coordination with team members.
• Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure the quality of work meets organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Analyze project performance and suggest improvements for future projects.
• Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Train and guide junior engineers in project methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct thorough documentation of project development for compliance and auditing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

• 5+ years in project management or civil engineering roles
