Job Description

As a Social Worker with our organization, you'll play a crucial role in advocating for individuals and families in need of support. You will provide counseling, family intervention, and resource assistance to help clients navigate their challenges and improve their lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in therapeutic sessions to promote wellbeing.
• Identify additional support needs and create referral pathways.
• Network with other organizations for resource sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress towards goals.
• Provide training and mentorship for interns and volunteers.
• Facilitate workshops and educational programs for the community.
• Advocate for systemic change to improve social services.
• Maintain relationships with families and communities to enhance service delivery.
• Develop crisis intervention protocols.
• Regularly participate in professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's in Social Work is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in social work settings

Certifications

• Social Work License
