Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our growing team in Pretoria. In this role, you will assess environmental impacts, develop management plans, and ensure compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions for various environmental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret environmental regulations affecting client projects.
• Compile and present data on environmental performance metrics.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support for project teams.
• Identify and address potential environmental risks and liabilities.
• Prepare grant applications for environmental projects.
• Develop educational materials for community outreach initiatives.
• Support clients in applying for environmental permits.
• Conduct training on environmental policies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or related field
• Master's degree or further certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a consulting role
