We seek a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will analyse financial data and trends to support critical business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to provide insights that drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis to guide business decisions.
• Create reports summarizing current trends and forecasts.
• Partner with management to develop budgets and KPI tracking.
• Research and analyze market conditions to inform strategies.
• Advise on operational efficiencies and cost management.
• Contribute to month-end financial statement preparation.
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models.
• Support the finance team during audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
• CFA certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis
