Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to users. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing training and support to end-users. We’re looking for an individual who is proactive, customer-focused, and has a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular system checks and backups.
  • Train staff on new software applications and tools.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on various projects.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement in IT systems and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance
