• Lead field research projects from initiation through to completion.
• Utilize statistical software to analyze data and interpret findings.
• Coordinate logistics for fieldwork including travel and equipment.
• Train and supervise junior researchers and interns in data collection techniques.
• Contribute to the development of grant proposals based on research findings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in research methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Research Methods, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Statistical Analysis Competent in statistical analysis and data interpretation using software tools.
• Survey Design Skilled in designing effective surveys and interview protocols.
• Communication Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse populations.
• Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw conclusions.
• Certified Research Specialist
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Intermediate)

• Proficiency in GIS tools: Ability to use Geographic Information Systems for spatial analysis.
• Experience with mixed methods research: Knowledge of integrating qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
