As an Actuarial Analyst at our Johannesburg office, you will analyze and interpret complex data sets to guide business decisions. Your contributions will be vital in refining our actuarial models and improving financial forecasting.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
Support the pricing and product development teams with actuarial expertise.
Compile and present findings to senior management and other departments.
Review and update existing actuarial methodologies and processes.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
Actuarial exams completed or in progress is highly advantageous.
Experience
3+ years of experience in actuarial roles or related fields
