Test Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, performing both manual and automated testing to detect defects and improve product functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and practices.
• Conduct performance and security testing to ensure software robustness.
• Assist in the integration of CI/CD processes into the testing phase.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.
• Participate in product demos and provide feedback on usability.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless handoffs and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation for compliance and auditing.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing
