Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engineering designs.
• Perform data analysis and simulations to validate engineering concepts.
• Create and maintain project documentation for quality assurance.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster teamwork.
• Ensure all engineering solutions are environmentally sustainable.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project proposals.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation.
• Develop testing protocols for new systems and processes.
• Provide mentorship to interns and new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in engineering with project management

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• Finite Element Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)

Languages

• English: Fluent
