Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes for efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow.
• Conduct time studies and process audits to identify bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain documentation on engineering processes.
• Assist in the development of new products and production lines.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Utilize engineering software for analysis and design.
• Prepare reports on findings and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree or certifications in Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in process optimization and engineering roles
