We are seeking a dynamic Industrial Engineer to join our team based in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for evaluating and improving production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyze production metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Develop prototypes and pilot projects to test new processes.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation and standards.
• Optimize layout and facility design for improved flow.
• Coordinate with industrial safety and compliance teams.
• Support team members in the application of engineering principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree or certifications in Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in process optimization and engineering roles
