Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge stakeholder requirements with company goals.
• Monitor and manage all project phases from initiation to closing.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Adjust project schedules as needed based on resource availability and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements associated with projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a leadership role
